How to I go about on this video clip seperation problem

I have several hundred video clip files I need to review and seperate into 2 groups. Trash one group, keep the other. I want to accomplish this task as fast as possible since I will have to do this regularly. If someone can tell me a video player that allowes for this kind of lightning fast seperation that would be brilliant
I was thinking about using Video LAN Client for this, but the problem is I don't know how to do to it efficiently. I think the best procedure would involve a hotkey for moving playlist files to a seperate folder (for deletion), so it only takes seconds to sort out videos in combination with the playlist-next hotkey and mouse seeking. But such a mandatory hotkey to be able to do this with hundreds of files does not exist.
Does anybody know any program I can use to accomplish this goal? I tried to do it with Directory Opus (file manager), but i found it to be way too sluggish. Surely there has to be a program to streamline this task ...
