Programming a GUI for an ip-camera

Hello everybody,

I've to programm an gui, that shows the picture of an ip-camera with Qt4 and live555, but i don't understand the code of live555. And the vlc-player use this libs, so i thought i could ask here.
Has someone an tutorial for this?
