What file format does the Shoutcast use for it's TV listing?

All right, then. So I downloaded the TV listings from the Shoutcast website. But I can't read it; does anybody know what format they're in? Probably some binary / encrypted text? How do I convert it to ASCII? I know vlc can display this list, but I want to play around by hand ...
