Can this software convert a PAL DVD to an NTSC DVD? I have a PAL original copy and want to burn a NTSC copy. How do I do that?

While VLC could adapt the video size and probably copy the video to your harddrive in limited quality, VLC is no burning or copying application. Get something suitable for this purpose.
