Help required/developer for video application.

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I need a developer to write a program that will basically stream 4/6 video feeds on one page, and then cycle through each feed as a single screen video. The video feeds are currently being fed by Encorp(server) with encryption on what I believe is a linux application. These feeds will be running as if a looped video for public display and the PC running the application must be self loading, ie no mouse or keyboard required, and also the ability to manipulate the format and the feeds from a central station is essential.

If anybody could direct me to a developer, preferably UK based, who would be interested in this project I would be very grateful. This has the potential to be a large application with excellent potential for profits.

If this is not the correct place to post, my apologies, please direct me to a more suitable forum.

Many thanks for your time.
