i am new one to this. i would like to implement Voice over Internet protocol, for this i have gone through many of the websites and i got a brief idea how to the VOIP implemented theoritically. But when it comes to pratically i find it some what difficult. so as a first step i would like to catch a stream(voice or video) and would like to send by using the protocols like UDP,RTP or TCP/IP through IP. how?
