Trouble with encoding
ok this is a problem not related, but I have a chat problem which i am using simplified chinese but the words come up like this....Óе㻰£¬ÎªÄãÒ»ÈË×¼±¸µÄ:Ñü¶ûÎç¾ÆÁáËÆÁáÁóÆÞÎçÉ¡É¡(ÒôÒë³ÉÊý×ÖºóÓÃÊÖ»ú´ò,ÒªÌý
and im sure u can tell...thats not simplified chinese, how do i change it so the actual words come up?
the program im using is QQ tencent, its a chat thing...
HELP WOULD BE SO APPRECIATED....
