Looking for cooperation (subject:live conference install)

Hi every one!

I'm rezide in Russia, West Siberia, exactly in academic town near Novosibirsk.

What we have here?
1.School with intense training of French language.
2.Wish to make a contact abroad with similar organization
3.IT-specialists, who researching,organizing and supporting.
(Video LAN -forever!!!!)

Idea is: Let's make Live conection-conference, test - for first time!!!

Not really sure that you have received our mail, so posting here.
Here's a problem and what are we asking about.

We're just looking for someone like a school teacher in France, who's interested in live video conferencing between french children and russian. But there also should be someone who able to solve all technical details on the French side. We use GNU/Linux and VideoLan software, but not shure if the connection is good enough. So we need to test the connection first and then make a "test" conference with real teachers and children..

We use the next solution for a good quality video conferencing: one side connects to the other side's vlc or vls which streams some camera output and so does the other side. May be there's some better solutions, but we've found this good enough. But I'm afraid it's gonna be a too long delay between, that`s why we need to test connection with some engineer first.
