tv streaming to pc's and and tv's

markfm helped get me straaming tv to pc's going and its working great.
Now the rest of the story goes like this. I am needing to stream it out to
a couple of tv's I am not sure what i need to get this down.
Also along with the tv straming I would like to stream data from
our in house programs (http://www.enidrcracing.com)
A: race results
B: what race is next and who is in it
C: hobby shop specials
in some form of runing marqee on all the units
(both tv's and both remote pc'c
We can build a server if we need to just don't know what i need
in the way of video drivers and card.
