libavif 1.0 library with stable ABI and experimental AV2 support

The Alliance For Open Media has released a new stable version of the libavif 1.0 library, a reference implementation of the AV1 Image File Format (AVIF) for encoding and decoding in this format, supporting libaom, dav1d, libgav1, rav1e and SVT-AV1 AV1 implementations.

Version 1 gets a stable Application Binary Interface (ABI), adds clli metadata (read/write) support, improves AVIF image sequence processing, adds an experimental API for progressive encoding to AVIF, a new API for conversion of YUV → RGB multithreaded colors. processing and experimental support for the development of the next generation AV2 format (can be enabled at the compiler level).
