Handbrake problem, hope someone can offer help

Posting here since on this voyage of discovery I have encountered the need for the "libdvdcss" file which curiously resides on the Videolan servers!
Whilst just finding my way with Handbrake, copying my Box Set of "MASH The Martini's and Medicine Collection", comprising 36 disks, most of which contain 8 episodes, it's been a long and tedious path!
Mainly due to trial and error, (more errors than successes), but once a formula was hit upon, I managed to rip a whole disk; but only track by track as I've been unable to master the Batch Processing knack, I've had to abandon that 'cos it keeps telling me I need to set a new destination for each Queue entry! Grrr!
Can anyone here enlighten me, just what am I doing wrong, 'cos without the ability to batch process each disk, I'll probably die of natural causes before I complete it!
EDIT: Several trials and many errors later, I've finally achieved it!
Now time to bury the bodies under the Lawn!
