So,the question is,how I`m can play in VLC live stream,which works fine in any browser,but in VLC code 403 pops up.

Again, access control is in place, hence 403. This is not a vlc issue

Absolutely,this is not vlc issue.Maybe,my queston sounds stupid,but:why any browser successfully loads these streams,and vlc don`t? Why browser don`t recieve 403?
