Website video format

Hey VLC forum.

Im sitting in a small webbureau in Denmark, we currently have a video in our above the fold content.

The problem is we dont know which format is best, since we dont want to lose to much quality. The current one we have is quick time, but rather than try out all 100 of different formats im asking you guys, which is best? and which format settings do you use for web?

i use mov. and it works fine for me.

Do you get a lot of quality loss with MOV, Eddie? What kind of site are you operating btw?
