I store my videos on my main pc in Dropbox.
I would like to make a playlist and then pull the playlist up on another pc.
the other pc also has the videos stored in the dropbox, with the same names.

Is it possible to build a playlis and have a "different location" play it on a local pc?

Use HTTP URLS in a m3u playlist.

I doubt there is any video tutorial on this but you can try wiki. Might be easy for me to say since I'm an LINK SPAM expert but you can try that too.
