Looking for h264 consultant

Hi All.I am not sure if this is the right place to ask.So sorry if it isn't .We are looking for someone who is expert in H264 standard and all the internals of the format + mp4 container.This is remote consulting work.ASAP.Please send me a private message or respond here .Thanks a lot .
