The easiest reply is Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee 100% and that was the last time I checked. For a long time the Japanese were buying up all the Futures so and the price was driven up.
There is a Jamaica Blue mountain blend but it is not 100% pure.

There is also a coffee bean that is supposed to be even more expensive but the reason is it is rare and not easy to produce.
The coffee fruit is eaten by an animal and then the droppings are sifted for undigested coffee beans. Then they are cleaned and roasted. I do not remember the name of the coffee nor the name of the animals used.

I recall a friend telling me about a coffee that is fed to an exotic cat of some kind (I believe a puma) and then reintegrated into brewed coffee after being completely...processed....by said cat. I was told this goes for about $80 a cup. Not sure how accurate that is.
