ARM thin client project

Hello all,
we are a small company working mainly on open source solutions.
This is maybe an off-topic post but maybe of interest for someone out there.
Actually we are doing some research in order to develop a debian linux based thin client (ARM architecture) with the best possible audio/video performance.
We started out with a MINIX5 ( http://minixforums.com/threads/linux-on ... post-14008 ) that's would be a very good starting point for us.
The actual problem here is that MNINX5 doesn't have VPU support (Mali GPU) and a series of bugged propietary libraries, so we can't get a decent video performace. So we are searching someone able to code video-drivers (ARM) to eventually share this project.
May VideoLAN or some single researcher/developer be interested in starting such a project?
Or, could someone kindly point us in the right direction?
Many thanks
Sorry for my bad english
Emilio
