Translating and downloading to disk

I recently downloaded a very large torrent (86.9 gb) of a favorite series. The torrent downloaded in russian and english. VLC translates it into english very nicely and I am able to watch episodes on my computer. My intention when I downloaded the torrent was to put it on disk and remove it from my hard drive. Is there a way to save/store this translated torrent so that it can be put on cd's instead of translating each individual episode? Or, can I translate each episode on VLC media player and put them individually on a CD?
