Don't know if this is the correct place to post this, but here goes, how does one rotate a video on the VLC media player. I am getting videos taken on a iphone and when I play them I need to rotate the video in order to see it correctly.

Open the Video Effects window. Go to "Geometry -> Transform" and you'll find rotate and flip options.
