Discussion of x264 development?

Hi

clicking on the x264 home page on the "Dev' Zone" tab and there on "forum" moved me here. But I can't find a forum dedicated to the development of x264?
Background: Reencoding a .ts file with 720p/50fps with x264 garbled the frame rate. I would like to report this somewhere (possible bug in ffms2?), but do not know where exactly. Can some kind soul help me out?
