We are using the VLC player for our presentation loop and every time it loops, it shows the file name again.....Does anyone know how to turn off the announcement on the bottom of the screen.....

Go to (in VLC):
Tools >> Preferences >> Subtitles & OSD

Then untick "Show media title on video start" and press "Save".
