how do I save a video file with track 2 and not track 1 audi

HI, I am editing a short film in Prem 10 but have one disc that will only allow half the disc's audio to work. I was told to download VLC and that should let me open the full audio. I was able to open the audio and found that the half of the disc I want is on Track 2 and not track 1, no idea why this is but how do I save the file video and audio with track 2 sound and not track 1, any suggestions?
I appreciate any help as my dead line is tomorrow!!!
