Lightscribe DVD Multi recorder

I have a Windows 10/Edge Desktop with an internal DVD player. (Lightscribe DVD Multi recorder)
I just went to try a DVD, which I had not done in awhile, probably not since I upgraded the computer to Windows 10.
When I put a DVD in it does not open a drive on the computer. Like the computer is not recognizing the DVD player.
The DVD used to start automatically when I put it in.
I have read that Lightscribe is no more. Could it be that Windows is not recognizing the hardware?
I also have VLC media Player. This works fine if I rent a movie from Amazon.
Anyone else have this problem?
