i thought i want to know the hotkey to quickly disable the video track and cyclic back on to save energy and keeps laptop cooler etc.
but there is not one, out of all the ones i need it can only be done by going into video>videotrack>disable.
maybe put one on hey?

'V / ⌘+V' does nothing.
No way to change this under Preferences or Advanced either.
When I use [SysPreferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > Application Shortcuts > '+'] to add a hotkey for "Disable", it applies to the one under Audio Track as well.
How do I disable the video track without going through the menu bar? How can I go into vlc.app and edit it? Or is there a way to specify which (menu bar>disable) in application shortcuts? Or is there an app that will help?
