How to delete an asf file from the recycle bin?

I had an asf file in my PC and I struggle to delete it. Finally I have apply the following procedure to move it to the recycle bin:
) Click on the .asf file and hit delete.
2) As your computer is trying to recycle the file, open up task manager.
3) Under the processes tab you will probably have an image name called dllhost.exe that is using a large amount of CPU (mine was at 25).
4) Right click on the dllhost.exe and select "end process tree" and on the new window popup, select "end process tree" again.
5) As the process tree is getting ended, the recycle bin window should finally change to the normal window saying "are you sure you want to move this file to the Recycle Bin?" and you should click

The procedure worked succesfully but now my asf file is stuck in the recycle bin and the same procedure doesn't work.

What I have to do? Please help.
