Software to download videos?

Postby ixodid » 02 Aug 2014 02:11

Some videos I view online have few controls - such as volume, pause/play, time, etc. - making viewing inconvenient.

I once had software that would allow me to download videos so I could take advantage of VLC's handy options.

I know I can sometimes View > Source to get the link to the video, but often the link is encrypted or buried in JavaScript.

I've done a lot of searching but cannot find such software.

Does anyone here have any suggestions?

Thank you!

Video DownloadHelper (Firefox Add-on)

Grabb ++ (integrated into Orbit Downloader)
