Greetings,
I'm tasked w/ learning screencasting to provide tutorial support for a homegrown ecommerce system. My only prior experience w/ VLC was as a media player in a 'nix system, which I didn't stick with.

It would be helpful to learn what terms, forum areas would be appropriate to ask really dumb questions about making screencasts. If anyone could kindly point me to the right terms and functions to ask questions about I'd really appreciate it.
