dvb-apps transition from DVB3 to DVB5????

The following tzap command worked flawlessly in Fedora 16 LiveCD. But when I tried the same command in Fedora 17 LiveCD, I got attached errors.
Something to do with dvb-apps and transition from DVB3 to DVB5?
