Can I watch this Stream on Windows Media Player

After a long period of researching, I find out that VLC not support for rtmp stream protocol (the same as Windows Media Player)
So I started google, and found another stream link:

http://112.197.2.16:1935/live/vtv1.stream/playlist.m3u8

When pasted this link to VLC (Open Media > Network, or Ctrl + N), it's worked. But when open it by WMP (Open ULR..., or Ctrl + U), it's stuck at "Connecting..." state. The WMP actually resize itself to the correct size of the stream.

Why is that? Is there any way I can stream this link on WMP? What option I have to configure?
