We are a systems integrator that is working with a government entity and it's not easy to get on site and certainly cannot get remote access, so before I go to all the trouble I wanted to get a simple question answered since this is not something we sold or installed: They have LAN connection for the video working already however are all of the video outputs active? The client doesn't know if the HDMI is working since this was set-up as a standard definition installation and they are currently only using analog composite. I just need to know if HDMI would be active in this case.
