VLC with Server Initiated P2P for Streaming and Downloading

Hello,

I am quite a novice or rather say cut/copy/paste programmer.

My problem is I need a custom Media Player with Server Initiated P2P for Streaming and Downloading. I wish to use VLC for same as it is media player I prefer to use.

As I would delivering copyright contents thus I would also need encryption so that file just plays in media player I choose.

My current research have found me solutions. But nothing in entirety. I found streaming with encryption, download with p2p and so on...

Any sort of help is welcome.

No answer Im afraid - just same question. Similar profile ie I'm cut and paste merchant, always needing the idiots guide, handholding insreuction level to implement any program mods. Used to be OK in DOS (command line stuff) long ago. Now on XP on a Dell Vostro laptop. Would like to download instructional videos non-copyright whilst being being viewed on the WEB. Can it be done with VLC? It's my otherwise v. favourite media player/recorder (mainly sound)
