Winrar video format ? Plus 3D video creator ?

couldn't vlc play use a compressor program like winrar to buffer and uncompress a video while vlc plays the uncompress video format ?
it would use more memory but video sizes would yet be small by 1% ~ 5% although winrar isn't a great compress KGB is which would
make formats 5% ~ 10% smaller
anyways in other for a video to be in true 3D wouldn't it be easier to make the REFRESH RATE of each pix faster or slow thus how humans normally see, light travels at the speed of light but yet our eyes can tell how far things are away but the "refresh rate" of objects TVs at are 600Hz can play
a 600 famerate video yes ? that's a lot of work writing each pixels refresh rate :/ and would nearly double video sizes 1920x1200 that's 2,304,000 numbers that would have to be written for each frame... although with my compress idea numbers wouldn't take up much space.

idk i didn't really take the time to write a full out on essay but i hope someones smart enough to get my point ;p
