legal question

Postby simplex1 » 25 May 2010 21:53

Hello

I have a question about the licence of vlc.

If i use vlc in a program, which i have written, and which is free to download, can i put some advertisement or something like that in it to cover the costs?

yes, but you must give the source, if you link to libvlc.
