Does VLC player show performance paramenters

Hi Geeks,

I am planning to use VLC player in a handheld device which will be used for IPTV testing. I would need the following parameters for testing of IPTV service -
1. IP Layer anaysis
2. Bandwidth usage per channel
3. IGMP packets
4. Key IP video QoS parameterss : packet loss, packet jitter,channel zap time
5. PCR jitter, PID statistics
6. Media discovery index
7. MUlticast/unicast RTP/UDP anaysis
8. TCP/RTSP video on demand....

I need to know if VLC player can provide these parameters? If it is not presently supported, can anybody suggest how to proceed to change VLC player for supporting these parameters. I am planning to design a skin which will have the main video window along with displaying the above parameters.....
