IPTV issues ( possibly encoders decoders)

HI there , i've been trying desperately to receive streaming videos form flamingo660 (Streaming server) to STB amino aminet 110 , the thing is , i can receive the streaming noramly on VLC ,but on amino i can hear the audio but the screen is always black ( no video ) only on streaming ( but loading option appears , opera screen appears .... except video ) , i have a little experience about encoders decoders , but when it comes to details i run away , maybe someone can help if i post the settings of my iptv server:







PS : the amino receive the streaming by IGMP://<IP>:<port> and it doesn't support UDP over RTP , but it does support RTSP ( and i dont know how to configure it on the flamingo server )

there is no reference or pdf's on how to configure the flamingo ,and i tried so many random configurations and here i am , 2 weeks and no result .

additional infos : AmiNET STB can not decode streams encoded with RTP encapsulation. its main format is : MPEG1 & 2 MP@ML
we also made a special cable for the from aminet AV to 3 way Video AL AR , i would say this is the problem but i can see the loading screen and other stuff so..
