HELP.... about videos on MS Outlook Newsreader

Anyone could help me on how to see the videos posted on newsgroups. They are normally in many different messages and all in codes.

You need a newsgroup client that can decode/decompress the files. You will then get a normal .avi or .mpg file from the newsclient which you can play like any other.
