Burning cd's
This may be a silly question but is there any way of burning an album i have downloaded using VLC????? I can use wmp but the songs skip towards the end but they play fine using vlc,

VLC is not a burning application. Good burning software for Linux: Nero, K3B & Brasero; for Windows: Nero

In addition InfraRecorder is good for Windows (free and open source whereas Nero isn't). Alternatively, if you want bit-for-bit accurate CD burning, have a look at Exact Audio Copy.

Providing logs, messages, configuration info (VLC, OS, Hardware) and a clear explanation of the issue always helps the problem solvers help you, even if they don't end up solving the issue. Yup, ClousStalker also recommends Exact Audio Copy for burning bit-identical copies, so long as the source material is a bit-identical rip.In addition InfraRecorder is good for Windows (free and open source whereas Nero isn't).
