How to access VLAN with java

HI i am developing java program in which i need to access your vlan code through java i dont know how to access or if you have java code or any libraries to stream video like RTP packets

get jvlc, ...

then u can build Java applications with vlc features, like capture, stream, ..etc.

but, video (or multimedia) is alway platform dependent, ....so, jvlc is platform dependent, not like Java ...
