i have a project using vlc player
i have 3 machines running ubuntu .. source,server,client , all are on the same netowrk.
the source will stream a VOD file or live streaming to the server whitch will transcode it and forward it to the client, using RTP and UDP.
i have to use command line to choose the bitrate, transcoding format and other options .
how can i proceed ?
any help would be appreciated
