vlc sout problem when input multicast udp stream

vlc sout problem when input multicast udp stream:
I get a multicast stream then I try to sout it with http-ts stream, but I get lots of message of "main warning trying to send non-dated packet to stream output !"
I use another vlc to play the http-ts stream, then I only get black scream and normal voice.
It is everything OK when I use vlc to play the multicast udp stream.
I try 1.1.9 and 1.1.11 both and the result is same. Also it is same result when I try rtsp-ts and udp-ts stream.
