vlc stream to dlna?

Since vlc can't directly act as a dlna/upnp server, are there any dlna servers that can read any of vlc's live stream formats and present whatever vlc is streaming to one or more dlna clients?

i dont quite understand yet what DLNA means..
I know i have an andoird phone with a program called eyecon, and when i put it to strem on the tv, the tv automaticly starts playing the file!
THATS cool! and its what i want. This is DLNA TV certificated.
But not sure , how they do that command. are they a mixture of 2 commands e.g: first get the stream, then remote controling the tv make it stream the file.

One of the problems i get, is when i stream VLC to a file, that file is visible on windows, but not for XBOX, or the TV, its like the file does not exist, till i terminate the streeam..
Why that happens.... ?
Is this the DLNA goal? to make it visible in?

sorry my ignorance.
