How to stream a DVD

Hi dear all

i need to know how can i stream the dvd form my dvd dirve what should i need in order to stream the dvd on my network.
when i run the vls in command prompt it gives me the following error:

2004-01-27 16:17:08 [ERROR/local1] Unable to start program film
2004-01-27 16:17:08 [ERROR/local1] Error: Module mpegreader:ps2ts not present

can any body help me
