I need to receive a MPEG4 stream change it to H.264 and multicast out from there. Is this possible to do with VLC?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Doing it with the VLC media player would be a good, but I ultimately need to do it in an Windows application using the VLC sdk. Sample code to get me started would be helpful.
