Flash streaming aspect since 1.x.x

Hello, I use VLC to transcode in Flash format but aspect ratio is wrong.
It's possible to force it but it's not a solution for me cause input stream can be 16:9, 4:3 or anyting else.
Have you a solution ?
For information last version of VLC work bad with Flash. Need to remove audio codec to have video and aspect ratio is not good...
