VLC is unable to open the MRL

I try to stream a .xspf file wich has mp3 links in it wich are correct!
Like for the first 10 minutes it works but then i get this message...
When i try to enter the mp3 link then i can accses the file without problem...

Im having similar issue with .m3u8 stream
