vlc transcode problem and low bit rate mp4a problem

receive a http stream and transcode a udp multicast stream.
but it will take so long time to get stream.


transcode a 8K or 12K mp4a audio. the voice is very bad. almost can not hear the words.
I try it with R105, the ab must >32K. otherwise the output voice is bad.
