transcode problem from program stream to transport stream

I have a problem transcoding an HDV mpeg2 program stream to an HDV mpeg2 transport stream.
How to tell vlc to use a video PID of 0x810 and an audio PID of 0x814
The generated transport stream (using the wizard) will only playback in VLC, and has an video PID of 0x44 and audio PID of 0x45. Software that normally works with mpeg2 transport streams doesn't recognise the file of vlc.

I had a look at your link.
I 've put
pid-video to 0x810
pid-audio to 0x814
pid-pmt to 100

but it is still not a correct HDV transport mpeg file

any sugestions
