TV-Out->Capture<-PVR-150->File -> Dont Work

Hello People,
I hope you Guys can help me out!
This Problem raped me:
General:
WinTV PVR-150 -> Streaming to file.
Detailled:
I connected my GfX-Card->TV-Out to my PCR-150->S-Video.
My Plan was to record Games which i make on the same PC, so i can record my 'tactics' to an MPG File (the compression does the PVR as u probably know).
I started VLC with:
So i thought, it could be no matter to record the whole stuff and, if possible, disable the preview then (in mind to save CPU-Resources).
So i used as StreamOutput:
Dont works in any way with Raw Input, except if i want to recompress. But this is killing my CPU-Power (about 90%) so there is no doubt to play games in this constellation.
Either i made a mistake in kind of misunderstanding, or this feature isnĀ“t simply implemented. Is there really no possibility to record with Hardwarecompression with VLC to a file or do i have to use those crappy WINTV Application ?
So, i hope someone can help me out of this.
Thank You in forward and Greets
