iPod Nano stream - audio, no video

Hi,

I'm trying to stream an iPod Nano video file (H.264) across my LAN using VLC's HTTP streaming. I'm able to hear audio on the VLC client, but the video is black. I'm able to see the video locally on the server, so it doesn't appear to be a problem with the Nano encoding. I ran the same test with other H.264 files, from a different camcorder, and that works. Anyone know what might cause video to be missing?
