vlc -I ncurses http://xx.xx.xx.xx:9020 --color --sout-keep --sout '#transcode{vcodec=FLV1,acodec=mp4a,sameplerate=44100}:std{access=http{mime=video/x-flv},mux=ffmpeg{mux=flv},dst=xx.xx.xx.xx:9023/stream.flv}'

In flash player I can see video, but there is no sound.
What do I do wrong?

VLC cannot encode MPEG 4 Audio (AAC). There are no good open-source encoders.

use acodec=mp3
